On 6 November 2026, the EmiCert V team will take part in the regular meeting of PIUB with a presentation on “ESG and Carbon Footprint”.
The presentation will explore the importance of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors for businesses and the role of carbon footprint assessment in understanding and managing their impact on the climate. It will focus on the practical application of these approaches and the benefits of systematically collecting and analysing sustainability data.
The discussion will also address potential sources of greenhouse gas emissions in the printing industry, including energy and fuel consumption, the production of paper, inks and other materials used, transportation, and waste treatment.
EmiCert V’s participation will provide an opportunity to exchange experience and discuss greenhouse gas emissions reporting and the development of sustainable business practices.
